Kids go FREE at SKYCITY in July

July can be cold and dreary but SKYCITY Auckland is giving you a great reason to venture out of the house.  Kid’s Go FREE at SKYCITY all July with a wide range of activities and great offers to keep the kids entertained and your wallet happy.

8 highlights of the Kids go FREE offers for the July school holidays at SKYCITY are:

 

1. Kids go FREE* up the Sky Tower

One kid (6 to 14 years) goes free with a full paying adult at the Sky Tower in July 2019. Entry for children aged 5 years and under is FREE to go up the Sky Tower too. View the city from 220m above street level and spot Auckland’s key landmarks including the Harbour Bridge, Mt Eden and Rangitoto. More information here.

2. FREE entry to go in the SKYCITY Snow Globe

Experience the thrill of snow falling and sit on the ice winter throne in SKYCITY Snow Globe. Entry to the snowglobe is FREE and suitable for all ages. The Snow Globe will be open daily from 10am to 8pm until 31 July 2019.  On Saturday 6 July to celebrate the start of the school holidays there will be face painting, FREE snow cones and more. More information here

 

3. Walk on the SkyWalk

Take a walk on the wild side this July. One child (aged 10 to 15) goes FREE with a full paying adult.  You’ll be completely safe as your guide takes you around the outside ring of the tallest building in NZ. 192m above Auckland with 360 degree views of the entire city, your guide gives you commentary and points out some of Auckland’s most iconic locations.  More information here.

4. Kids go FREE* to the Movies at SKYCITY Theatre

Bring the kids to watch Happy FeetThe Chronicles of Narnia, Ice Age 2 and Mr Popper’s Penguins on the big screen at SKYCITY Theatre in the July school holidays.  Present your Sky Tower or SkyWalk tickets and get a *free adult/child ticket, or you can buy your own tickets separately (1 free kid with a paying adult).  Family movies are showing on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 6 July 2019 to 21 July 2019. More information here.

5. Kids eat FREE at Gusto at the Grand

FREE* kid’s meal with a paying adult for lunch and dinner at Gusto at the Grand during July 2019. (*Offer is subject to seating availability, and guests must arrive between 12pm and 3pm or 5pm and 6:15. 6. Get a 2-for-1 kid’s meal at Orbit 360° Dining

Treat the kids to lunch with sky high views at Orbit 360° Dining. Buy one kid’s meal and get your second kid’s meal for FREE* with a full paying adult purchasing off the main menu during lunch.(The offer is valid from 1 to 31 July between 11:30am and 2:15pm on Monday to Friday and between 11am and 2:30pm between 11am and 2:30pm.) More information here.

8. Get FREE toppings at Sky Café

Take the kids to the Sky Café this July and enjoy up to three FREE* toppings with any ice cream, milkshake or iced chocolate purchase.  (* Subject to availability. Sky Tower admission must be purchased separately.)

9. Save on your Parking when you visit Sky Tower this July

Make a day of it with $10 parking during your Sky Tower visit. Park at the SkyCity Auckland main site parking building and take a pass upon arrival. When you go to the Sky Tower ticketing counter to purchase your Sky Tower ticket, pass your parking pass over and the team will have it validated for a new $10 pass valid until 10pm on the same day.
